For watching high-quality basketball, you can take in college games at nearby NCAA Division I Coastal Carolina University or watch the nation's elite high school players in December during the city's Beach Ball Classic tournament, an event that NBA stars Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett participated in as youths.
